1. Rules of returning

Houding in Balans aims to keep her customers satisfied by offering the Houding in Balans return service. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may also return your products with the Houding in Balans return service within 14 days after purchase, countries outside of Europe have a term of 20 days after purchase.

Please check your order directly after delivery if the order has been delivered undamaged and complete. If not we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible.

If your order does not meet your expectations, you may also return your products with the Houding in Balans return service. All products can be returned except food supplements and liquid care product and products on sale and discount. You can return the products

  • within 14 days after purchase
  • if the article is complete
  • in original state and in original packing material
  • Houding in Balans does not accept return orders and will not reimburse purchase amounts of goods that have been damaged during shipment.
    In consultation with Houding in Balans the responsibility for the damage will be determined.
    When a damage package is offered to you please do not accept the package in advance, the package will then be shipped back to us by the delivery company without any additional costs.
    You may choose whether you like to receive another package or if you want to cancel your order.

2. Return appointment 

Prior to the return shipment please contact us first so we can make the right administrative preparation and inform the warehouse that your shipment will be returned. You can contact us by e-mail at, please mention your ordernumber and description.


3. Return shipment

Articles can be returned against a freight charges of € 14,95. For returned  items you will receive a voucher worth the total amount of the returned products.
Freight charges for a shipped order will never be refunded, unless the order was wrongfully shipped.
This also concerns items where initially no shipping costs were charged. If the order contained more then one item, the complete amount for the returned product will be refunded.
If you want to return a product because a wrong item has been sent the shipping costs will be refunded.


4. Exchange

you can exchange an article to an other size or color. You can, in this case, also return your order and we will sent the new product to you against a freight charges of  € 14,95.
